The Xtend BarreTM Workout is a fast-paced, 55 minute full body immersion that fuses dance, Pilates and sculpting exercises at the ballet barre to give you a chiseled body – and fast! “If Pilates sculpts your body, Xtend Barre ™ chisels it.”
The Xtend BarreTM philosophy is simple. We teach a multi-level class geared to challenge bodies of any age, gender, or fitness back- ground. We offer exercises that can be modified for beginners, prenatal clients or clients with injuries, but that can also be amplified for advanced clients that are looking for an extreme challenge.
The Xtend Barre system sculpts the body proportionally so that all body parts are equally challenged. This total body workout serves to strengthen, lengthen, and stretch the body from top to bottom, from inside out. If you have limited time, Xtend Barre will take care of your upper body, abs, legs and butt in under an hour.
Please bring a pair of socks to all classes; Pilates socks and Xtend Barre socks are available for purchase at Reception within Waterfront Health Studio.

All classes at Waterfront Heath Studio require a prior booking. We recommend booking your classes well in advance to avoid missing out.
Cancellation/non-attendance fee: a minimum of 12 hours notice is required if unable to attend your session. A fee of $15 will be charged to your account for non-attendance.
